RSP is turning 3 and what better way to celebrate than a good ol competition!

Teams of 3 will compete in a variety of workouts. The workouts can be scaled and completed by any fitness level. If you can't get a team together let one of your RSP coaches know so we can create a team for you!

Teams must register by 1/25/22. Make sure you don't miss registration! You don't want to miss your chance to be a part of the fun and celebration.

Vendors will be announced shortly. We can promise Triad Fitness + Supplements + Nutrition will be in attendance to answer any of your supplement questions and to hand out some samples. Also you will be able to get a dexa scan from Bondexa.  Sign ups for dexa scans will take place prior to the celebration. Please sign up at RSP or contact a RSP coach to get added to the list.
