Adult Strength Camp
RSP offers adult group training classes throughout the week. This class focuses on a strength and conditioning style format that will enable clients to gain strength, burn calories, and tone up.
The format of these classes will always begin with a warmup and then segway into a strength and conditioning piece that will be specific to that day and week.
Each class will vary and will cycle you through a training plan to ensure you are progressing in all aspects of fitness!
Most of the training at RSP takes place in the semi-private format, but we also offer 1 on 1 training for individuals looking for personal training. Private sessions require an advanced appointment. This can be a great option for those looking for some extra attention to their development.
