What to expect:

High School Strength & Performance
8th - 12th grade
(register at any time)
This class is for athletes who want to get stronger, faster, & more explosive.
What to expect:

develop strength through our program to offset injury and boost performance

become faster and quicker on his/her feet

activate and revive muscles through proper recovery and mobility
