Youth
9-12 year olds (register at any time)
Monday - Thursday 5:00-5:50pm
This class is for youth athletes to grow in strength and agility.
What to expect:

learn the fundamentals in strength training to offset injury and boost performance
​

become faster and quicker on his/her feet
​

increase power, strength, & speed

FOUNDATIONS
6-8 year olds (register at any time)
Monday - Thursday 5:00-5:50pm
This class is for young athletes to introduce structured speed, agility, & quickness drills, along with developing body awareness for future strength training.
What to expect:

learn the basics to speed, agility, & quickness
​

become faster and quicker on his/her feet
​
-
begin developing body awareness and control
