FOUNDATIONS

A 50 minute class designed to introduce structured speed, agility, & quickness drills to the young athlete (6-8 yo), along with developing body awareness for future strength training. 

YOUTH

A 50 minute class designed to improve speed, agility, & quickness for athletes (9-12 yo). Our expert coaches will introduce light strength training to your athlete during their time together. 

RISE

A personalized strength and fitness program for the middle school and older athlete (13+ yo). These personalized workouts are tailored to each individual athlete for guaranteed improvement with sport specific programming.

About the Classes

Youth

9-12 year olds (register at any time)

Monday - Thursday 5:00-5:50pm

This class is for youth athletes to grow in strength and agility.

 

What to expect:

  • learn the fundamentals in strength training to offset injury and boost performance

  • become faster and quicker on his/her feet

  • increase power, strength, & speed
