OUR CO-FOUNDERS

Josh Riley is a certified fitness professional and athlete development specialist with firsthand experience competing at the collegiate and professional baseball levels. His background in high-performance training, combined with multiple certifications in strength and conditioning, speed development, and athletic performance, allows him to design structured programs that build faster, stronger, and more resilient athletes.

Josh’s coaching philosophy centers on proper movement, progressive strength, and intentional performance training — ensuring every athlete develops the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

Katie Riley is a certified fitness professional with a strong background in athletic training, personal development, and performance coaching. With experience as a collegiate athletic trainer and multiple fitness credentials, she plays a vital role in ensuring athletes train safely, effectively, and with purpose.

Katie focuses on movement quality, injury prevention, mental toughness, and long-term development, helping both athletes and active adults build confidence and resilience through structured training.
