RILEY SPORTS PERFORMANCE CLIENT POLICIES
These Client Policies (“Policies”) apply to all members and participants of Riley Sports Performance (“RSP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By joining our training programs, purchasing a membership or training package, or participating in any sessions, you agree to be bound by these policies.
Membership Activation & Billing
Enrollment
Memberships, packages, and training sessions start once payment is processed and all registration forms are complete.
Billing

Memberships renew automatically on the billing cycle selected at signup.

Members must provide a valid payment method on file.

All charges are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
Note: Accounts with declined payment methods may be suspended until billing issues are resolved.
Cancellation Policy
Membership Cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted in writing or through the official cancellation form at least 30 days before the next scheduled billing date.

Cancellations take effect after the 30-day notice period (billing will continue through that period).

All memberships are non-refundable.
Freeze (Pause) Policy
Members may request to pause (freeze) their membership under the following conditions:

Freeze must be requested in writing before the next billing cycle.

Freezes are allowed for up to 90 days per calendar year.

Memberships automatically resume at the end of the freeze period at the rate in effect when the freeze was granted.
Session Cancellation & No-Shows
To maintain excellent coaching standards and fair access for all members:
Group Training or Personal Sessions:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be charged.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the session may result in forfeiture of that session (i.e., it counts as used).

No-shows (participants who fail to cancel and do not attend) will be charged for the session.
Exceptions may be granted in case of emergency at RSP’s discretion.
Class/Training Adjustments
RSP may:

Modify schedules, coaches, or programming due to staffing, facility needs, or improvements.

Cancel sessions for weather, safety, or special events.
In such cases, we will work with members to reschedule whenever possible.
Behavior & Studio Etiquette
To preserve a safe, respectful, and focused training environment:

Participants must follow the coach's instructions.

Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in suspension or membership termination without refund.

Respect facility rules, equipment, and other members.
RSP reserves the right to enforce these policies in the interest of community safety and performance culture.
Personal Training / Small Group Cancellation
Personalized sessions require a 24-hour cancellation notice. If canceled within 24 hours or not attended, the session may be counted as used.
Membership Transfers
Memberships, session packs, and packages are non-transferable unless RSP approves in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Members understand that athletic training involves inherent risk. By participating, members assume all risk of injury or loss and release RSP, its owners, coaches, and staff from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Amendments
RSP reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
By continuing to participate after policy updates, you agree to the revisions.
