Eligibility and Participation

Participation in any Riley Sports Performance program is voluntary and requires that athletes and clients are physically able to engage in training activities. By enrolling, you confirm that you (or your athlete) are in suitable health to participate and will notify our staff of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to training.

Assumption of Risk

All training activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, or physical exertion-related incidents. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Riley Sports Performance, its owners, coaches, and staff are not liable for injuries sustained during participation, except where prohibited by law.

Payments and Billing

All fees for programs, memberships, and services must be paid in accordance with the pricing and billing terms outlined at the time of purchase. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services. Pricing and program availability are subject to change.

Cancellations and Modifications

Riley Sports Performance reserves the right to modify schedules, programs, coaching staff, or facility availability as needed. We may also suspend or cancel services due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, training materials, and media are the property of Riley Sports Performance and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riley Sports Performance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or facilities.

Media Release

Unless otherwise requested in writing, you grant RSP permission to use photographs and videos taken during training sessions for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, including use on our website and social media platforms.

Modifications to Terms

Riley Sports Performance reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
